Delivery

Dear friends!

HooKah.SI delivers shishe and the entire offer of our online store in Slovenia and the EU.

You can place an order on the website, by phone +386 699 200 85 or by e-mail mail@hookah.si.

Delivery and payment:

Delivery of ordered goods across Slovenia and EU is performed by our contractual partner DPD d.o.o.

Free delivery in Slovenia is over € 50 upon purchase. Delivery costs for orders less than € 50 are € 7.

All orders will be shipped the same or next business day (provided the goods are in stock). We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Method of payment:

1. By proforma invoice: If you decide to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail after you confirm your order. When this is fully settled, you will receive the ordered goods.
2. Upon personal collection in the store: in cash or by card. It is only possible during working hours of shops:
• 1000, Ljubljana, Rimska cesta 17
• 2000, Maribor, Ulica Vita Kraigherja 5, TPC CITY
• 6000, Koper, Pristaniška ulica 3
3. Upon delivery: you pay for the ordered goods to the courier in cash upon receipt of the goods.
